- target service commencement date 40 days from receipt of signed order and building wayleave
- payment for installation and first month to be submitted with order
- subsequent monthly payments to be paid by standing order

- there will be a minimum charge of £1500 for any wayleave amendments
- installation charge is subject to final site plans from the customer, and is based upon proximity to sohonet's fibre network.
- any quoted pricing assumes a single building entry at each location and the installation costs exclude internal building cabling from the basement ODF or building entry point.
- the customer is responsible for gaining all necessary permissions for sohonet to access and provide service at customer's building location(s) and for meeting any costs imposed by the customer's landlord(s) or building owner(s) for doing so.
- out of hours support is charged at £100 per hour
- the customer is solely responsible for any hardware or related software or programming work required at the customer's site in order to enable the customer to access the service, save for sohonet equipment provided on site to the customer, or as otherwise agreed to in writing by sohonet.
- network diagnostics and debugging available, price upon application.
- sohonet reserves the right to charge the customer a reasonable call out charge in the event that sohonet are requested by the customer to respond to matters which are outside the remit of the service supplied by sohonet
- up to 3 units of rack space required on customer premises for sohonet's equipment
